IFS Consultation

I Offer Individual & Group Consultation

As a therapist offering trauma-informed Internal Family Systems (IFS) consultation, I am dedicated to helping fellow therapists and practitioners deepen their understanding and application of the IFS model, especially when guiding very complex systems. I offer group and individual consultation. Consultation includes practice sessions, experiential exercises, guided meditations and case consultation.

In addition to my expertise in IFS, I am trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and Polyvagal Theory, which further enrich my practice. Pain Reprocessing Therapy helps clients understand and alleviate chronic pain by addressing the neural pathways that contribute to pain perception. Polyvagal Theory provides insights into the autonomic nervous system and how it affects our emotional and physiological states. By integrating these approaches, I offer a comprehensive consultation experience designed to support your professional development and improve the effectiveness of your therapeutic practice.

How It Works

In our first session, we will discuss your goals, challenges, and areas of interest. This helps us tailor the consultation to meet your specific needs.

Through focused discussions and practical exercises, we work on developing your skills in areas such as therapeutic techniques, client engagement, and self-care strategies.
